PRICING SPECIAL NOTICE
Due to the fluctuating international currency market, the prices of items from overseas may vary from the price shown in our price list. Please contact us to confirm the actual cost if you are concerned. We can notify you by providing a price quote prior to shipping.
Raw material prices are also fluctuating causing unpredictable price increases. Prices on our website are subject to change without notice. We charge your credit card only at time of shipping. *See Special Orders section.
SHIPPING QUOTES
Please note that the shipping rates are weight-based. Shipping and handling charges will be added at the time your order is processed in our store. Calculations made on our website are an estimate. Your actual shipping charges may be less, or slightly more depending on the actual number of packages and packaging type. We are always happy to quote shipping for you in advance. Feel free to email or call us anytime! Quotes are generally valid for 15 days.

1. ORDERING
You may order by phone, mail or from our secure website catalog. Call 623-444-2740. (Please do not order by email to protect your personal financial information.) Once you place an order with us you will be added to our mailing list.
No Minimum Order Size. Arizona Residence Sales Tax: 6.3%
2. PAYMENT (USA)
We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express (with a 3.25% convenience fee), Discover/Novus, *Personal Checks, Money Orders/Cashier Checks in US funds. Please see the "Overseas Shipping/Payment Policies" section. When we enter your order, all orders will be quoted to include a 5% convenience fee on all shipping/freight and packaging related charges. We do not mark up our shipping and this fee covers the credit card fees incurred on these cost based items.
We do not accept COD’s.
There will be a $40 charge on all returned checks/credit card transactions. These fees must be paid before any future shipments will be processed.
3. BACK-ORDER POLICY
Most merchandise is in stock for immediate shipment. Orders are processed same day before 3 p.m. MT. If we should be out of stock on an item, we will back-order that item and ship the remainder of your order. If you prefer "no back-orders " and wish to reorder the item later, please state this at checkout under Your Notice to Us. If you wish to have us hold your entire order until the "out of stock" item(s) become available, we will require captured prepayment of the entire order. In instances where items do not become available within 6 weeks, we will release the order for shipment. The credit for the back-ordered item(s) will remain on your account until the item(s) become available, unless you notify us to cancel the back-order(s). We do charge shipping/handling on back-orders.
4. SPECIAL ORDERS*
All Special Order items must be prepaid and cannot be canceled. That's why we take payments in advance There will be no returns on special orders unless the item was sent in error or was defective. Not all items listed on our website are noted as Special Order, however they will be noted on your PDF Sales Order Confirmation you will receive from us once your order is entered.
5. RETURNS
Please do not return any merchandise without prior authorization.) Authorized returns may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. It may be waved if a store credit is taken instead of a refund.There are no returns allowed after 15 days.
Acceptable returns cannot be used, must be clean, free from dirt, rust and oxidation, cannot be modified and must be with original packaging and tags.
Absolutely no returns on Special Order, SALE, Limited Stock Discontinued Items, Books, Posters, Video Tapes or DVD’s unless it is defective or was sent in error.
If you refuse any shipment (including being unavailable for the delivery company) without prior approval from us, a 25% restocking charge will be assessed, in addition to the freight charges incurred regardless of the reason..
6. DAMAGED/MISSING GOODS
Please inspect your order when delivered. Also, please check your packing slip to verify we have not back-ordered an item you might think is missing. Report any damages or missing items within 2 days. Please keep all damaged containers for inspection. We will place the claim with the shipping company. * If you fail to follow these procedures the carrier will not honor your claim. Iron Mountain Forge will not be held liable if these procedures are not adhered to.
If you choose your order to be shipped USPS please be aware we cannot refund your domestic or international shipping charges. USPS does not refund shipping on damaged and lost packages. UPS is always a safer shipping option.
For Truck, Ocean or Air Cargo Shipments
If you notice damaged or missing merchandise while the driver is still present, make sure you note the problem on the delivery receipt.
If you discover the damage/loss after the driver is gone, call the carrier immediately (same day) to explain what your inspection revealed and then notify our Customer Service Department. If you fail to follow these procedures the carrier will not honor your claim. Iron Mountain Forge will not be held liable if these procedures are not adhered to.
7. SHIPPING POLICIES IN NORTH AMERICA
All items weighing 150 pounds or less will be shipped via *UPS Ground Service unless otherwise specified. Items weighing over the limits will be shipped by motor freight.
For Hawaii and Alaska, we will ship by US Priority Mail unless you request differently.
*If you choose your order to be shipped USPS please be aware we cannot refund your domestic shipping charges. USPS does not refund shipping on damaged and lost domestic packages. If you choose a shipping method that your items do not qualify for, (for example choosing Media Mail when the items are not media) we will pick the correct method for you and charge accordingly.
UPS SHIPMENTS
Delivery is between one and five days depending upon where you live. UPS (Ground Service) delivers Monday through Friday. UPS also offers Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Ground. Saturday deliveries have additional fees and is available only in certain areas.
Oversized Packages
Packages which are less than 30 pounds but greater than 84 inches long are considered OVERSIZED. Packages which are less than 50 pounds but greater than 108 inches are also considered OVERSIZED and additional fees will apply.
Handling Charges
A $5.00 charge is added for each package as a handling fee. After adding insurance and tracking, UPS is often more economical and certainly more reliable. UPS and USPS, FedEx all provide free insurance on the first $100.
Delivery Location
UPS cannot deliver to a post office box. Please be sure we get the proper delivery address, and indicate if it's a business or residential address. UPS charges more to residential (rural) addresses. We will ship residential if you do not specify. UPS charges an address correction fee. We will pass this fee on to you if you provide incorrect shipping details.
COMMERCIAL TRUCK SHIPMENTS (MOTOR FREIGHT)
Freight charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Please let us know if you do not have access to a fork-lift. Accessorial charges, such as residential delivery and a lift gate fees, may be incurred.
Insurance/Handling
All shipments are insured. Palleting Fee: $50 each Crating Fee: $100 each
8. SHIPPING/PAYMENT POLICIES (OUTSIDE USA)
Payment
We accept Wire Transfers, VISA, MasterCard, American Express (with a 3.25% convenience fee), Discover/Novus; and US money orders at our discretion. All bank transfer charges, Duty and Taxes are your responsibility. Added cross-border exchange rate fee of 5% will also be applied to all foreign transactions.
Shipping Parcels
We require that all packages be insured. By default we will ship US Priority Mail outside the continental USA. A $5 handling charge is added for each US Mail package. If you choose a shipping method that your items do not qualify for, we will pick the correct method for you and charge accordingly.
Freight
Please specify if you would like us to ship Air Freight or Ocean Freight. We require that all packages be insured. Additional handling and crating charges may apply. *Please review our Damaged/Missing Goods Policy above. (Section 6)

Warranty Policy
Limited Warranty & Repair Policy
We at Iron Mountain Forge, LLC take pride in offering the highest-quality tools available, and we stand behind everything we offer. If you experience any problems with Iron Mountain Forge Brand products or other brand products offered, the information below will help you with getting it repaired or replaced as quickly as possible.
Often damaged Iron Mountain Forge LLC products can be repaired.
In order to keep our products in use and out of the landfills, we offer a repair service. If approved, and you were not able to repair your product, please contact us to setup a return. If possible, we will repair non-warranty damage at a fair rate. For North American customers, please contact our Customer Service Center below for details on current repair fees. We will provide you a quote.

What is not covered:
Normal wear, abrasion, misuse, alteration, abuse, taking apart of the product, or improper care. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, accidents, prolonged UV exposure, or the natural breakdown of certain materials over long periods of time. Iron Mountain Forge will not be liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply. Shipping charges to Iron Mountain Forge for a defective product are not covered.
How to obtain warranty service or repair service for field-damaged products:
Please call for a Return Authorization number. If you live outside the United States, please feel free to email us. Send in the item(s) to Iron Mountain Forge, LLC. with the RA#, your name, and return address marked on the outside of the package. We recommend using a carrier who can provide tracking for your package. Please make sure all items are clean before sending them in.Please do not send checks or cash; you will be contacted via email if there is a charge for your repair. Please allow 2-4 weeks for your repaired item(s) to be returned to you.
LIMITED WARRANTY/LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY
Limited Warranty. Iron Mountain Forge LLC. ("Iron Mountain Forge"), to the original owner ("Owner"), under intended use and maintenance, warrants the enclosed product ("Product") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the Iron Mountain Forge Brand Product. Products that are not Iron Mountain Forge brand items will be covered under the manufacturer's warranty time frame. No warranty against defects in materials and workmanship will apply if Product is (i) altered in any way, (ii) used for purposes inconsistent with Product’s intended purpose or design, or (iii) improperly maintained. Warranty will furthermore be voided where Owner/user (i) failed to follow Product instructions or warnings or (ii) subjected Product to misuse, abuse, or neglect.
During the warranty period, original Product parts determined by Iron Mountain Forge to be defective in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced as Owner’s sole remedy. Iron Mountain Forge reserves the right to replace any discontinued product with a new product of comparable value and function. A returned product deemed irreparable becomes the property of Iron Mountain Forge and will not be returned.
EXCLUDING THE LIMITED WARRANTY PROVIDED ABOVE, IRON MOUNTAIN FORGE, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, DUTIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER EXPRESSED, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, AGAINST LATENT DEFECTS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR CORRESPONDENCE TO DESCRIPTION.
Warranty Service
To obtain service under this warranty, the warranty-eligible Product must be presented to a Iron Mountain Forge authorized dealer. In the United States and Canada, warranty service may also be obtained by calling 1-888-743-4866 [M-F, 8:00-5:00, MST].
Owner is responsible for all costs associated with returning Product to Iron Mountain Forge for service. Where at its sole discretion Iron Mountain Forge deems Product eligible for warranty repair or replacement, Iron Mountain Forge will pay the shipping and handling associated with returning repaired or replaced Product to Owner. In instances where Iron Mountain Forge deems a returned product ineligible for warranty service, Iron Mountain Forge will, if possible, repair product for a reasonable charge that includes return shipping and handling.
Limitation of Remedies
Should a court of competent jurisdiction find the limited warranty set forth above breached, Iron Mountain Forge's only obligation will be to, at its option, either repair or replace Product. Should the aforementioned remedy fail of its essential purpose, Iron Mountain Forge will, in exchange for return of Product, refund to Owner Product’s original purchase price. THE FOREGOING REMEDY IS THE SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER AGAINST IRON MOUNTAIN FORGE, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL THEORY.
Limitation of Liability
Iron Mountain Forge's, its affiliates’ and their suppliers’ maximum liability is limited to incidental damages not to exceed the original purchase price of the Product. IRON MOUNTAIN FORGE, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM AND EXCLUDE ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL OR OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THIS EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL LEGAL THEORIES UNDER WHICH DAMAGES MAY BE SOUGHT, AND WILL APPLY EVEN IF ANY REMEDY FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.
This limited warranty gives Owner specific legal rights; Owner may have additional rights, which may vary state to state.

European Union customer statutory rights are not affected
